Privacy policy

AppFirstAid (appfirstaid.com) is operated by Raven Realty Inc ("we"). This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.

What we collect

• The link you check and the report we produce. Reports are saved so you can come back to them at their private link.
• Your email, only if you type it in and tick the box. We use it only to email you about that report (at most 6 short emails over about 10 days), and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, to stop abuse such as one person running thousands of checks. We don't store your IP address itself.
• Purchase records from Lemon Squeezy: which product was bought, for which report, and an order reference. Lemon Squeezy handles your card details; we never see them.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
• We don't read data inside the apps we check.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores reports.
• Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and processes payments. Their privacy policy applies to checkout.
• An email service sends reports, once email sending is switched on. Only the emails of people who opted in are shared with it.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

How long we keep things

Reports are kept for up to 12 months. Emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, email hello@appfirstaid.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
